We offer a full refund for any product that is defective, damaged, or does not meet your expectations. To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We may ask for photos or additional details to help us understand the issue. We do not accept products that have been damaged due to misuse ex. dropping.


If you received a defective or damaged product, we will gladly replace it with a new one. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.

Return Shipping

If you need to return an item for a refund or exchange, we will provide you with a return shipping label. We will cover the cost of return shipping if the item is defective, damaged, or if we made an error with your order. If you are returning the item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Processing Time

Once we receive your return or exchange request, we will process it as quickly as possible. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 business days. Exchanges will be shipped out within 3-5 business days of receiving your return.
